Natural Ways to Boost Your Immune System and Combat Various Types of Sicknesses That Come Your Way
I am going dive straight to it and give you a list of what I currently take as daily winter seasonal prevention followed by links where you can purchase the supplements and vitamins if you don’t already have them in your arsenal. After this list you will see the list on what to take if you currently have an ACTIVE sickness and the protocol for that. When I mention zinc ionophores that means something that allows zinc to enter the cell (we need that to boost the immune system naturally) there are a few zinc ionophores; Quercetin , EGCG, and i-v-3-r-m-e-c-+-i-n to name a few. In this post I am focusing on what you can purchase without a prescription. Quercetin for prevention and adding in EGCG for active sickness protocol. This will be effective at boosting your immune system and helping it fight off the sicknesses of various forms as fast as possible. The key to this is catching it as early as possible and following these protocols to the T.
