Ever since switching to a Plant Based Diet I have been estatic about all of the delicious fruits I can eat again! 6 years of being low carb was enough for me, so I switched and dropped the weight and increased my energy and as an amazing side effect am HAPPY again. What a beautiful thing.
One of my most favorite breakfasts now is a “Reese’s Banana Protein Shake”. Lets get right into it. This protein shake has 25g Protein and is so so SO yum! I have tried many different Plant Based protein powders and the Orgain ones are my favorite. Its literally like a desert mmm! So here you have it! What I eat for breakfast nearly every morning.
1-3 Tablespoons Hemp Seeds (healthy omega-3 and protein)
