If not NOW, when? I find myself getting stuck in these ruts from time to time, its like the suckabus of motivation and inspiration. It sucks! Its annoying! And its definitely a slippery slope far away from any goals I wanted to achieve.
What if I told you it didn’t have to be that difficult? I think it’s important to do something each day that pushes you towards your goal. Does that mean that everyday you need to be a rockstar? Not necessarily. Its okay to have days that suckabus trys to come out, but the things you do each day slaps suckabus right back in the face. Take that suckabus!!! POW!
So what am I talking about?
For me, my goal is to feel good, I don’t want my body to be in pain and I want natural energy and vigor.
Your goals may be completely different and that’s totally okay.
I like that a couple of these products that I stumbled on gives me a checklist I can cross off with each use that I get out of them. Basically if what I am ingesting or doing makes it so I don’t feel good, I’m in pain or I feel run down then it doesn’t belong in my life.
